1. What the product does

Apply Engine reorders, selects and (when AI is switched on) rephrases lines from a CV that you provide, for a job post that you provide. It does not write new experience. Wording produced with AI is labelled in the interface together with the provider and model name.

2. Content you may not submit or generate

• Pornography or sexually explicit content (NSFW).
• Violent or gory content.
• Hate speech.
• Any content that sexualises or endangers children (CSAM).
• Impersonation: a CV, identity or credentials of another real person, or material made to pass as someone else (deepfakes).
• Material that infringes copyright or trademarks.

Also not allowed: inventing degrees, employers, dates or results to mislead an employer. The fact lock is built to stop this.

3. How content is checked

Text you enter is screened with Waffo Prompt Sift before any AI step. AI output passes our fact lock (each line must trace to your CV) and an output check before it is shown. Request IDs of checks are logged; your CV text is not stored.

4. Reporting

Report a problem with generated content to byouka2024@gmail.com with the subject "Apply Engine report". We reply within 3 business days and record the decision.

5. Enforcement

We may refuse a request, remove access, or end a subscription for accounts that break this policy. Paid time is not refunded for accounts closed for repeated breaches.
